        Bug 539164 – Windows' System Menu blocks main loop

        * gdk/win32/gdkevents-win32.c: Use a modal timer proc in between
receiving WM_ENTERMENULOOP and WM_EXITMENULOOP and pump the
GLib mainloop from there.
